STELLAR MLS SMS POLICY
No Purchase Necessary
Signing up for Stellar MLS’s SMS Program does not require the purchase of any products or services. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Definitions
"Opting In," refers to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
The "SMS Program” refers to any arrangement or situation in which Stellar MLS sends one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).
Program Description
By Opting In to or using the SMS Program provided by Stellar MLS, you agree to receive recurring text messages regarding educational requirements, billing reminders and account updates from Stellar MLS, as selected by you, at the mobile number you provided.
Sender Identity
Messages will be sent by Stellar MLS.
Message Recipients & Purpose
Only existing Participants and Subscribers who have opted in will receive text messages. The purpose is to assist with billing reminders, educational requirements and provide informational content.
Originating Phone Numbers
Messages will come from: (689) 407-8024
Consent & Opt-In
You can opt into the SMS Program by:
Checking the box agreeing to receive messages when creating an account, Texting “START” to (689) 407-8024, or Requesting to receive messages from our team.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive.
Disclaimer Regarding Message & Data Rates
We do not charge for the messages you send to and receive from us. However, message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile provider and plan. Message frequency varies per user.
Carrier Liability Disclosure
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
We respect your privacy. We only use the information you provide through our SMS Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. To do so, we may need to share certain information with platform providers, phone companies and other service providers who assist us in the delivery of text messages. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing. By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms of this SMS Policy, as well as our Privacy Policy, SMS Terms of Use, and general Stellar MLS Terms of Use incorporated herein by reference.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS Program and these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Changes to these terms will be effective upon posting of the updated terms.
