Stellar MLS publishes county-level real estate statistics and key stats from Matrix for our coverage areas mid-to-late month, and the monthly infographic around the 10th, every month, for the previous month’s activity. The latest stats available are published here on this page.

Puerto Rico Monthly Infographics

Please Note: Beginning with August 2023, the sales price metric of the PRAR stats has been changed from an average to a median of sale prices. This was done to reduce the volatility in the sale price number caused by the limited number of unit sales and disproportionate property values.

Matrix Market Watch

The Matrix Market Watch gives you a quick snapshot of MLS status changes in a certain market area over a specific period of time.

A variety of market statistics can be run in Matrix, showing trends in a certain area over a period of time.

When you run a search in Matrix, by clicking the “Stats” button under the Actions menu, you can run stats on your specific search results.

The Market Reports tab on the Home page in Matrix displays a variety of On Demand reports.

Realist Market Trends

& Smart Charts

Outside of Matrix, the Realist tax platform contains valuable "market trends" gauges. HTML code for these gauges is available for an agent to add to their website through the SmartCharts tool.

Using MLS Data

The MLS Rules & Regulations contain some provisions on reporting statistical data from the MLS database, and also require certain disclosures.
