  • When is SmartCharts retiring?

    SmartCharts is being retired from your Stellar MLS subscription in early September 2026. 

  • Do I need a new login for MarketStats by ShowingTime?

    No. MarketStats by ShowingTime works with your existing Stellar MLS login. There is no separate account.

  • I pay annually, and my term runs past the sunset. Can I get a refund?

    Yes. Contact ShowingTime support with your first and last name, agent ID, and the email address on your SmartCharts account. Refund amounts depend on your sign-up date and are determined by ShowingTime.

  • Do I need to export anything?

    No. ShowingTime has confirmed that subscribers/customers do not need to export their data.

  • What about SmartCharts charts or widgets I have posted on my website?

    Remove them. They will not disappear immediately, but they will eventually show stale data. 

  • Will my saved work transfer to MarketStats by ShowingTime?

    No. MarketStats by ShowingTime is a separate product. Plan to set up the views and reports you rely on after launch.

  • How long can I keep using SmartCharts?

    Access ends Tuesday, September 8, 2026, when ShowingTime disables logins.
