  • Can I use RentSpree if I am representing a renter?

    Yes, agents who represent either the landlord/property or renter can use RentSpree’s tenant screen service and more!

  • Does my renter client have to pay when they apply to different properties?

    No. The rental application and screening reports do not contain a property address so they can be used for multiple listings.

  • Does each tenant have to apply separately?

    Yes, all applicants over 18 years old must complete separate submissions with their own RentSpree account.

  • Can I request verification documents?

    Yes, verification documents can be collected through our upgraded service, RentSpree PRO. Documents requested from the applicant will be uploaded directly to the agent’s RentSpree account.

  • How long does it take for the reports to generate once an applicant submits?

    Once an applicant completes and submits, the reports are available within seconds. Agents will receive an email that the reports are ready to view on the RentSpree dashboard and the applicant will receive a copy as well.

  • Why is the credit score different on the TransUnion screening report?

    TransUnion generates a Residence Score. This score is tailored specifically for the rental industry and helps predict renter outcomes. Click here to find more information on how the Residence Score is calculated.

  • How do I pause/stop/archive my listing through RentSpree?
