Know the Market Trends
Stellar MLS offers a Market Conditions Report to assist appraisers in completing the Market Conditions Addendum (Fannie Mae Form: 1004 MC) to the Appraisal Report that is required for all appraisals.
Additionally, customers can use this report to gain a more detailed understanding of the overall market trends for properties and neighborhoods.
Get Started
The Market Conditions Report is accessed from Matrix when you conduct a property search.
Look for the "MC" icon shown below in the toolbar at the top of your search displays.
