With Lundy's comprehensive voice-activated property search engine via Amazon's Alexa app, anyone can now be immersed in the home buying experience simply by using their voice.

New: Finding Homes is now available in Spanish! To get started, set your Alexa devices to Spanish, then say, "Alexa, inciar buscando casas" to launch.

New Features Now Available!

• Compare By: In the results page, ask Alexa to “compare by” any major feature of the home such as backyard, primary bedroom, kitchen, home office or pool. It will change the image for each result to the desired feature. 

• Contextual Slideshow: Relevant images will appear when you're asking about specific features of a home.

• New Ways to Modify: You no longer have to start over to modify search criteria. Tell Alexa what you want to modify such as price or type of home at any time and it will provide you different listings based on your new criteria.

Finding Homes powered by Lundy Inc. is a voice-activated property search engine available exclusively in Florida for Stellar MLS customers, your prospects, and homebuyers and sellers searching for homes in the Stellar MLS coverage area! Making real estate data accessible by syndicating it to voice on the Amazon Alexa platform gives blind and visually impaired individuals the opportunity to participate in the home-buying experience with convenience.

Finding Homes is primarily designed for the blind and visually impaired, but may also be used by anyone who would like to search for property listings by voice. The application works by taking key data on residential listings and delivering listing information in small but informative sentences. On top of that, users can search by property address or set a search by telling Alexa about a property character like flooring type or the number of bedrooms.

Lundy Inc. is continuing to enhance Finding Homes and looks forward to sharing future versions of the application with Stellar MLS customers.

How Finding Homes Works With Amazon Alexa

With the Brand and Share feature via the MLS-Touch app, you can personalize the app with your logo and brand standards and then share it with your customers and prospects. The consumer-facing app allows users to search and flag Matrix listings. These user actions on the branded app will go directly to you, the agent who shared the app.

Agent Branding Now Available in OneHome™

1. Use an Alexa device or download the Alexa app to your phone or tablet. If using the Alexa app, make sure the app is open on your phone.
2. Start by saying, "Alexa, start Finding Homes."
3. Finding Homes will suggest search options, or you can ask about specific property features. Alexa will also send a complete list of available questions to your Alexa app so you know what you can ask. Alternatively, you can also ask for the complete list to be said out loud by the device.
